Job Summary
The HR Head leads the Human Resources function and develops people strategies that support the company's business objectives. This role oversees all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and compliance. The HR Head also partners with leadership to build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage all HR operations and initiatives.
-Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and people strategies.
-Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
-Drive performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
-Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
-Coach and support managers on people-related matters.
-Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
-Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong HR Generalist background with experience across all major HR functions.
- Proven people management and leadership experience.
- Experience in the financial services, investment, banking, or FinTech industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
