Job Description
Assist the team in liaising with insurance brokers and insurance companies
Insurance placement: gather data from internal team, check availability, place and chase for proposals from different insurance brokers and insurance companies
Comparison table preparation: analyze and produce comparison table to highlight pros and cons for each insurance proposal
Data Update: update proposal status and deal status across different communication channels
Post-proposal handling: confirm final data, invoicing, payment follow-up
Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the supervisor
Requirements
University-educated and/or min K-12 education
Google Docs/ Word, Google Sheets/ Excel, Google Slides/ Powerpoint fully proficient (there will be a test)
English and Bahasa fully fluent (read, write, speak)
Attention to details, hardworking (willing to put in 200%. weekend work if needed to deliver on the job responsibilities)
Strong plus for former experiences as intern or junior staffers at insurance brokers or insurance companies covering underwriting, placement, proposal closing
