Description
- Manage the collections process to ensure timely payment from clients.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment histories using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and send out collection letters as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite experience preferred).
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and within a team.
