Brexa is currently seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Senior Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Japanese Metal Industry located in Cikarang
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Holds Brevet A & B certification; Brevet C is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Japanese language ability is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role with proven team leadership experience.
Solid experience in finance and taxation.
Familiar with the Coretax system, including withholding tax, VAT, and personal income tax.
Familiar with ERP accounting systems.
Experienced in issuing tax invoices and handling accounts receivable (AR).
Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Job Description:
Prepare and record accounting transactions and journal entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Calculate, prepare, and submit tax payments and tax returns in accordance with applicable regulations.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documents and schedules.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation of accounting and tax records.
Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related activities as assigned.
