Job Description:

  • Analyze sample according to predetermined standards

  • Ensure the released products are in accordance to the standards

  • Validate QC internal instruments periodically

  • Ensure the implementation of Quality Management System runs well

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology is a must

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (FMCG experience is preferable) / Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

  • Good knowledge in microbiological, physical, and chemical analysis

  • Preferably have an experience in microbiology laboratory

  • Good knowledge in Food Safety (FSSC 6), ISO 22000, Halal Assurance System

  • High integrity, agile, and fast response

  • Willing to work in shift hours
