Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruiting and maintaining agents on the company's comprehensive platform.
2. Responsible for recruiting and maintaining agents for the company's independent products such as: online gambling/sports betting/card games/Texas Hold'em, etc.
3. Plan various online and offline activities based on agent needs.
4. Recruit agents through effective advertising.
5. Recruit agents through effective personal promotion methods, such as article marketing, QQ groups, Telegram groups, forums, and Baidu Tieba.
6. Identify sports anchors and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and convert them into agents.
7. Establish good working relationships with agents, effectively maintain good relationships with agents, and enhance agents' sense of identity and trust in the company.
8. Promote agent referrals through personal resources or existing agent resources.
