Have extensive knowledge about the spec and quality of building materials and can read technical drawings
Expertise in Industrial Building is a Plus
Expert in Steel & Concrete Structure
Have knowledge of MEP Works
Make a daily, weekly and monthly reports
Able to coordinate and communicate with colleagues, clients and workers well, including coordinating with local residents on each project
Prepare, control and complete the project according to the specifications and schedule that have been determined properly
Able to create a method of implementing a job
Control budget for each project
