Quality Assurance (MANDARIN / INGGRIS)

I. Work Experience & Industry Background

1. Minimum 3 years of full-time working experience in Quality Management.

2. Candidates with relevant experience in the non-woven fabric, textile, chemical fiber, and garment industries are highly preferred.

3. Prior experience in full-process quality control of non-woven products, including:

   • Incoming Material Inspection

   • In-Process Patrol Inspection

   • Finished Product Delivery Inspection

II. Education & Major Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Science or Engineering.

2. Preferred majors include:

   • Textile Engineering

   • Light Chemical Engineering

   • Polymer Materials

   • Materials Engineering

   • Other related textile and material disciplines

III. Office Software Skills

1. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

2. Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, statistics, table creation, and chart preparation.

3. Able to independently prepare quality improvement reports and audit presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.

IV. Personal Competencies & Soft Skills

1. Team-oriented with excellent cross-department collaboration capabilities.

2. Strong communication skills, high resilience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

3. Capable of continuously following up and ensuring the closed-loop resolution of quality abnormalities.

4. Candidates who can independently prepare 8D Corrective Action Reports, analyze defective data, and formulate targeted quality control plans are preferred.

V. Language Proficiency (Either One is Acceptable)

1. Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily business communication; or

2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to independently understand international industry standards, customer complaints, and audit documentation.

VI. Certification & System Capabilities (Preferred Qualifications)

Candidates with practical experience in relevant management systems and sustainability certification standards are highly preferred.

1. Familiar with GRS (Global Recycled Standard).

2. Familiar with the Higg Index (Worldly Sustainability Assessment System).

3. Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gas Accounting Standard.

4. Prior experience in customer audits, third-party audits, quality management system documentation, and follow-up on non-conformity corrective actions is preferred.
