Premierlabs Corporation is hiring Production Operators as key members of the production team. This role is one of the main components of our manufacturing operations - directly responsible for operating and troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with the Production Supervisor, and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output. Candidates must have strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, along with the reliability and maturity required in a manufacturing environment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in a fast-food or food manufacturing environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting.
- College degree or vocational certification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored welding (a plus).
- Ability to monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Proven ability to work reliably and maturely, both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer and analytical skills for managing production data and improving efficiency.

- Willing and able to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support production operations.
- Willing and able to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet production schedules and optimize workflows.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Prepare and check materials and components according to product specifications.
- Enforce SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards across production processes.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
- Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and product quality.
