Job Description:
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring financial integrity and compliance while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in a senior finance or CFO role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. CPA or CFA qualification preferred.
- Expertise: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams, with strong expertise in financial statement analysis and reporting.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Strong experience in BIR compliance, including tax filing, audits, assessments, and ensuring timely submission of all statutory and regulatory requirements.
