QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred
- Master's degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotel, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple business units or restaurant branches is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of:
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Budget preparation and forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Cost accounting and food cost analysis
- Inventory valuation and control
- Tax compliance and government regulations
- Payroll management
- Internal controls and audit procedures
- Financial planning and business strategy
Familiarity with:
- Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
- Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations
- SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance
