Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Negotiate terms & conditions with retailers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve performance.
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams for product planning and campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic mindset and data-driven decision making.
Experience in FMCG or food distribution is a strong advantage.
Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
