We are seeking a Jr. Supervisor Finance and Accounting professional with strong financial reporting capabilities and preferably audit exposure to strengthen our accounting control and reporting quality.
This role offers an opportunity to be directly involved in improving financial processes and ensuring audit-ready reporting standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting
Strong understanding of financial reporting and audit processes
Experience in Public Accounting Firm (KAP) or audit background is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial risks
Able to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reports
Perform reconciliations and maintain control over financial transactions
Ensure completeness and proper documentation of financial data
Coordinate with internal and external parties (including auditors)
Support audit readiness and financial process improvements
Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative duties as requested by the management/user
