TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB:
- Mencari & menjalin kerja sama dengan travel agent, tour organizer, travel bureau
- Menjadikan Malang Strudel sebagai DESTINASI BELANJA oleh-oleh untuk rombongan wisata
- Koordinasi kedatangan rombongan (jadwal, jumlah pax, dll)
- (Optional) Handle paket lengkap: makan, hotel, wisata (MAKIN LENGKAP = KOMISI LEBIH BESAR!)
- Maintain relationship dengan travel partner (repeat order!)
KUALIFIKASI:
WAJIB:
- Tidak malu untuk promosi & approach calon partner
- Cekatan, energik, tangguh
- Berorientasi pada target & hasil
- Komunikasi baik (by phone, WA, tatap muka)
- Bersedia mobile/keliling ketemu travel partner
NILAI PLUS:
- Punya network/kenalan di travel agent, tour organizer, atau tour leader
- Pengalaman di sales/marketing (industri apapun)
- Domisili Malang atau sekitarnya
