We are looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to help grow our brands through content creation, social media, paid advertising, and data-driven marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage Meta, TikTok, Google & other paid advertising campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media and e-commerce platforms
- Grow brand awareness and online communities
- Optimize Shopify, SEO, email marketing & digital campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
- Research new marketing trends and opportunities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify & social media
- Creative mindset with analytical skills
- Experience with paid ads, content creation & campaign optimization
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of graphic design is an advantage
