Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks.
Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve application availability and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and production issues.
Participate in system capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery activities.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer.
Strong experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
Solid understanding of security best practices, system hardening, and infrastructure security.
Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 27001 standards is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of Linux administration and networking concepts.
