🔍 Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain On Premise & Hybrid Infrastructure (Linux Server, AWS, GCP)
- Implement and improve Monitoring & Observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Elasticsearch
- Configure Log Management & Collection using Promtail / Fluentd with JSON based logging
- Setup and optimize APM & Distributed Tracing for analyzing API performance, latency, and waiting time using Open Telemetry, Jaeger, or similar tools
- Develop and maintain Alerting & Notification Systems through Grafana Alerting and webhook integrations (Google Chat)
- Support infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and system reliability improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and improve application performance
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, SysAdmin, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch
- Log Management: Promtail, Fluentd (JSON format)
- APM & Distributed Tracing: Open Telemetry, Jaeger, or similar tools
- Linux Server Administration: RHEL / Ubuntu, Nginx / Apache, systemd
- Cloud Infrastructure:AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch
- GCP: GCE, GCS, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, Cloud Monitoring
- Version Control: Git

- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure automation
