LOGISTICS & MATERIAL COORDINATOR

CONSTRUCTION LOGISTICS & MATERIALS COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Logistics & Materials Coordinator to manage material receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations across multiple construction projects in Bali.

This role is responsible for ensuring all materials are delivered on time, received accurately, properly documented, and effectively tracked throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong construction material knowledge, excellent administrative skills, and experience working in fast-paced project environments.

 Key Responsibilities

Material Receiving & Inspection

* Receive and inspect all incoming materials delivered to project sites and warehouses.

* Verify quantities, specifications, and quality against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and approved material requests.

* Identify and report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing materials.

* Prepare receiving reports and photo documentation for all deliveries.

* Coordinate material returns and replacements when required.

Inventory & Material Control

* Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking logs.

* Monitor stock levels and proactively report material shortages.

* Conduct regular stock opname and inventory audits.

* Track material consumption and support cost-control initiatives.

* Assist in minimizing material losses, wastage, and discrepancies.

Logistics & Site Coordination

* Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers, procurement teams, warehouses, and project sites.

* Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials arrive according to project requirements.

* Track material transfers between projects and storage locations.

* Support project teams in planning material requirements and delivery timelines.

* Ensure materials are stored safely, efficiently, and in accordance with site standards.

Reporting & Administration

* Maintain organized records of delivery orders, purchase orders, inventory reports, and supporting documentation.

* Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and logistics reports.

* Support management with accurate material status updates and reporting.

* Assist in developing and improving material control procedures and systems.

Requirements

* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in construction logistics, material control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

* Previous experience working on construction projects in Bali is preferred.

* Strong understanding of construction materials and site operations.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems.

* Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

* Honest, disciplined, and highly accountable.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Willing to travel between project sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with multiple construction projects simultaneously.

* Background in warehouse management, procurement support, or supply chain operations.

* Strong administrative and documentation capabilities.

* Experience implementing inventory control systems and material tracking procedures.

* Ability to analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies.

* Familiarity with construction ERP, inventory, or project management software.
