REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Deep understanding of export-import procedures and regulations, and documents (PIB PEB, BL, LS COO, etc.).
Familiarity and strong network with freight forwarders, EMKL, and logistics vendors.
Experience with BPOM and SKI permits is a major plus.
Fluent in English (Min. Intermediate Level)
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Organized & Detail-Oriented.
Good Communication & Negotiation Skills.
Problem-Solving & Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

JOBDESK :
Manage the end-to-end import-export process, including communication with buyers, document preparation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Liaise with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trade operations
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and timely delivery schedules.
Handle export-import documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Notice of Export of Goods (PEB), Notice of Import of Goods (PIB), Manifest, Packing List, Invoice, Certificate of Origin (COO), Inspection Document, and Pre-Shipping Certificate.
Oversee export preparation, including pick-up, packing, stuffing, and coordinate with expedition & EMKL companies until the goods arrive at their destination.
Act as an intermediary agent between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate information flow, and that the interests of both parties are accommodated
Process BPOM import license (SKI) and collaborate with Related Divisions for new product distribution license.
Act as an intermediary in new product development, bridging marketing division and manufacturers to align products with market needs and specifications.
