Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction
while promoting the company's products and services. The Account Executive collaborates with internal teams to deliver effective solutions that meet client needs and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present the company's products and services, prepare proposals, and conduct sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements inaccordance with company policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely implementation and delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor client accounts and provide prompt resolution to concerns or service-related issues.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using the company's CRM or sales system.
- Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and business functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
