- Overall in charge of all technical panning for a 12 has residential housing project including land development, house construction
- Ensure timely completion and budget efficiency of construction projects
- Oversee the general operations of the project, including upkeep, safety & security of the project
- Facilitate coordination meetings with Engineers, Contractors, Security & Maintenance regarding property safety & security standards
- Facilitate all relevant permits for construction and general upkeep of the project
- Manage site maintenance finances, opex and capex requirements of the property
- With experience in Cost and Estimate
- Licensed Civil Engineer, Graduate of Civil Engineering
- With three (3) or more years’ experience in technical planning, construction and property management
- With strong communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
