Job Description:
Design and implement proactive recruitment strategies that address both immediate and long term hiring needs.
Manage end to end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline for critical and strategic roles.
Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust recruitment and branding strategies accordingly.
Leverage recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) to enhance efficiency, tracking, and candidate experience.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or employer branding, preferably with experience leading projects or teams.
Experience working in fast-paced industries (e.g., beauty, retail, F&B, startup environments).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, data driven approach to problem solving.
Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and HR analytics.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.
