About the Company
The College of Contract Management is a leading UK-based education provider specialising in Engineering, Construction, Management, Business, IT & Software, Social & Healthcare, and Professional Development (CPD) programmes.
As part of our continued international expansion, we are growing our Business Development team in Jakarta and are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing activities by identifying, qualifying, and managing prospective clients.
Please note: This is a fully onsite position based in Jakarta. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face only.
About the Role
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by researching potential clients, building prospect databases, and managing outbound email campaigns.
Unlike a telesales role, this position focuses primarily on lead research, CRM management, email communication, and data quality, ensuring that our sales team receives qualified and well-organised leads.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, organisation, and working with data while contributing directly to business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, business directories, LinkedIn, and other sources
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospective customers
- Conduct outbound email campaigns to introduce the company's products and services
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team
- Update and maintain lead information within the company's CRM system
- Track lead status and ensure customer records remain accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support business development initiatives
- Prepare simple reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance
- Support administrative tasks related to business development when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable conducting online research
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in lead generation, administration, CRM, or business development is preferred but not essential
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn for business research
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Experience working with large datasets
