About the mission we offer you:
- Support the harmonization of Construction Quality Practices across the TEN Group
- Support the standardization of TEN Group Construction Inspection and Test Plans
- Support the standardization of Site Quality procedures trough TEN Group
- Support Site Quality training and awareness programs standardization
- Consolidate and analyse data and KPI provided from all Construction Sites / yards
- Develop a tracking mobilization tool of TEN Site QC teams.
- Support the digitalization of Site Inspection (Trought TEN completion tools Easy Plant)
- Cascade Lessons Learned among TEN project sites
Starting Date: September 2026
About you:
- Currently pursuing a Technical Master’s Degree (BAC+4 / BAC+5) in Mechanic / Materials / Civils.
- Possesses a former internship in construction fields will be a plus.
- Autonomous, dynamic and results-oriented individual who consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
- Good Communication and coordination Skills.
- Written and spoken English.
- Digital solution oriented
