Key responsibilities :
Responsible for managing Packing House / Warehouse Operational Data.
Recording actual incoming mangosteen deliveries from suppliers.
Supporting stock-take/inventory audits on a periodic basis
Filing and archiving warehouse documents, Tracking inventory levels (raw fruit, packed boxes, rejected/reject-grade fruit, others) in a required period of time.
Preparing the Daily Processing Report for each shift, covering:
Unloading Report: recording date, shift, truck code, total workers, total quantity, and working hours; checking and noting whether loading complied with company standard, any broken baskets and quantity, whether received quantity matches the waybill, and whether temperature testing was performed and within the normal range.
On Process Data Recording: Coordinating with QC staff to log quality inspection results and rejection reasons.
Post Process Data Summary: compiling the arrival detail and post-process detail grade breakdowns for each truck/batch.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Warehouse Admin, Cold Chain, or Logistics Operations.
Proficient in heavy data management, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and inventory tracking tools.
Eagle Eye for Detail: High accuracy under pressure
Ability to coordinate firmly and professionally with QC staff, floor workers, and truck drivers.
Mandatory Fluent English (written and spoken) is a major plus for supply chain reporting.
