About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to take ownership of new property acquisition across our Dubai market. This is a senior, target-driven position focused on conversion: you will manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to signed contract, working a steady flow of qualified, pre-booked leads.
This is a role for an accomplished sales professional rather than someone early in their career. We provide comprehensive training on our product, market and proposition, and we look to you to bring the consultative selling, negotiation and closing expertise developed over several years in a comparable environment. You will be confident managing the conversation by phone, guiding prospects through their considerations, and bringing opportunities to a close with professionalism and pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the existing property portfolio for the Dubai market by acquiring new properties and meeting or exceeding growth targets
- Meet or exceed the required new property conversion rate, which is sales leads provided versus sales leads converted
- Attend all sales appointments booked by potential landlords
- Manage a high volume of incoming emails and sales calls with timely and professional responses
- Create accurate and competitive property estimate quotes that support successful acquisition
- Ensure all service contracts are prepared professionally and sent to landlords timeously
- Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM (Pipedrive)
Qualifications and Experience
- Five to seven years experience in direct sales, telesales or selling a service to a diverse client base
- Advanced level of competency in English (C1 or C2)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision
- Strong customer relations skills, with effective listening and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude, resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
- Proven experience working with international markets (UK / Europe / Australia / US) as sale closer.

- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 to 18:00 Dubai Time
- Location: Remote, Philippines
- Schedule: Full-Time
