Develop new B2B customers for fragrance applications, especially for bar soap, personal care, home care, toiletries, cosmetics, detergent, and FMCG manufacturing industries.
Sell and promote fragrance oil, fragrance compound, fragrance raw material, aroma chemicals, essential oils, or related aroma products to manufacturing customers.
Manage existing and potential customers from soap, personal care, home care, cosmetic, detergent, and FMCG manufacturers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with R&D, purchasing, factory, owner, and management-level decision makers.
Understand customer fragrance requirements, product applications, sample requests, product trials, pricing needs, and commercial follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding sample submission, technical requirements, quotation, pricing, delivery, and customer feedback.
Follow up customer fragrance trials and support the sales process until closing.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities in the fragrance and bar soap market.
Achieve sales targets, new customer acquisition targets, and business development objectives.
