1) Mengelola perangkat IT on-premises milik perusahaan, mencakup;
a. Router,
b. Wireless Access Point,
c. NAS,
d. Workstation Windows 11 (desktop/notebook)
dengan lingkup pengelolaan meliputi:
a. Setup baru (instalasi & konfigurasi awal)
b. Setup ulang (configuration changes)
c. Dismantle/Replacement (penonaktifan/penggantian perangkat)
2) Manajemen akses pada email, remote access (VPN), NAS
3) Membuat usulan solusi perangkat IT on-premises yang tepat guna dan membuat
pegajuan untuk proses pengadaan (keputusan akhir di manejemen)
4) Menyusun & memelihara dokumentasi teknis (runbook, topologi jaringan, inventaris
aset) sebagai aset organisasi
5) Berkordinasi dengan pihak ketiga (misal network provider) terkait hal-hal teknis
