JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales and Marketing
Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies
Conducting market research and mapping of potential sales and marketing channels
Designing and implementing sales and marketing plans and tools
Coordinating with communities, marketing partners, and clients
Responsible for sales process and offering high quality services to customers and Corporate clients
Answering customers and client queries about programs offered
Maintaining customers and client relations
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quota
Creating and presenting sales performance reports
2. Administration
Preparing Proposals, presentations, agreements and other related administration
Assisting in preparation and communication of class administration such as placement tests and class schedules and requests from customers/clients, class attendance, feedback, reports, etc
Communicating with our Academic Team and monitoring classes to run successfully
3. Client Relations
Providing high quality assistance and service to clients and customers to achieve an excellent learning journey
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Min. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in using Emails, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
English level min. CEFR A2
Japanese level min. JLPT N3
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Target driven and have a passion in sales and marketing
Honest, highly responsible, and eager to learn
Great communication skills with all ages from children to adults
