Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Business, Finance and Accounting or a related field;
- A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in Administrations/services;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic;
- A detail and focus oriented person is a must!
- IT proficiency is an advantage!
- Knowledge and familiar with Odoo system is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing clients-practitioners schedule and its administrations for the session;
- Provide client services at the Front Desk (Information Center, CRM, and scheduling consultations);
- Organize payments and daily reporting to the Administrative Coordinator;
- Invoicing and accounting administration to support operational;
- Coordinate with other divisions to ensure smooth client session services.
