Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Legal Permit & Licensing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing business permits and licenses within the F&B or Retail industry, preferably for companies with multi-outlet operations.
Strong understanding of F&B business licensing, particularly for stand-alone outlets, including permit acquisition, renewal, and regulatory compliance.
Extensive knowledge of OSS-RBA and government licensing systems, including BKPM, BPN, SIMBG, DPMPTSP, and other relevant regulatory authorities.
Proven experience managing land and property-related permits, including SHM, SHGB, land ownership documentation, and due diligence processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies and internal business functions.
Strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple licensing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work WFO in Malang, East Java.
