Job Description:

  • Menyusun & menjalankan program pelatihan klinis (training rutin, produk/treatment baru, remedial)

  • Memantau masa berlaku sertifikasi tenaga medis & proses re-sertifikasi

  • Melakukan penilaian kompetensi (pre/post-test, uji praktik, observasi)

  • Mengembangkan & memperbarui modul pelatihan (berkoordinasi dengan Dokter PJ)

  • Mendokumentasikan aktivitas training & membuat laporan ke HR L&D

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal D3/S1 Keperawatan

  • STR Perawat aktif (wajib)

  • Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai perawat (klinik kecantikan/dermatologi diutamakan)

  • Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan aesthetic (nilai tambah)

  • Pengalaman training/mengajar menjadi nilai plus

  • Memahami prosedur aesthetic (facial, laser, HIFU, RF, dll.) & regulasi kesehatan

  • Mampu melakukan assessment kompetensi

  • Komunikatif, teliti, sabar, dan mampu memberi feedback dengan baik

  • Terorganisir & memiliki inisiatif belajar tinggi
