Job Description:
Calculate Export COGS, Manage Freight Quotations with Suppliers
Procurement & Supplier Coordination Manage purchase orders, communicate with local and overseas suppliers, negotiate delivery schedules, monitor order status, and ensure timely procurement of materials or products.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouses.
Monitor import/export documentation and ensure on time delivery to customers.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and maintain accurate supply chain records
Track KPIs such as delivery performance, lead time, logistics costs, supplier performance, and inventory turnover.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
Knowledge of import/export processes and international shipping.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), as the role involves international suppliers and customers.
