Responsibilities:
- Applying modern digital methods to identify and connect with high-potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Targeted emails.
- Generating leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities and Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Qualifying leads from multiple channels and briefly introduce our services and understand client’s key pain points.
- Nurture leads to increase lead conversion success and maintain the hygiene to grow the pipeline.
- Arrange the first Discovery Call with client and allocate to the sales team.
- Collaboratively work with the Sales Team to develop lead-generation strategies to define focus areas and improve overall sales funnel.
- Consistently use of salesforce and other applications to document lead information.
Qualification:
- Graduate of any business-related course preferably Marketing.
- 2+ years in a Lead Generation or similar role
- Experience in selling HRMS/HRIS, Payroll & Managed Services is a Plus.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications & CRM.
- Preferably resident of in and around of BGC – Taguig.
