Senior Digital Marketing ( Make Up / Skincare )

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine our digital marketing approach
• Manage and optimise all digital advertising campaigns, including CPAS, social media ads, Google ads, SEM, SEO.
• Construct end-to-end KOL campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging, high-performing digital assets
• Monitor, respond and engage with our audience on social media channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to more junior members of the digital marketing team

Requirements: 

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced, competitive industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven digital marketing campaigns, with a portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of social media and content marketing best practices
• Proficiency in using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads and other tools.
• Proficiency in using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer and other performance tracking software, to measure and report on marketing performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
