Position: Accounting Staff
Location: Laguna Technopark Annex, Biñan, Laguna
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Start Date: ASAP (target July 15, 2026)
Headcount Needed: 1
Salary: Php 25,000 (negotiable)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related business courses
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong communication, time management, and detail orientation
- Knowledge of BIR, PEZA, SEC, and LGU regulations
- Willing to work on-site; preferably residing in Biñan or Santa Rosa, Laguna
- Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoices, monitor payments, and track balances
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports (cash flow, revenue)
- Perform bank reconciliations, validate receipts, maintain ledgers
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and tax laws; organize financial documents
