KUALIFIKASI UMUM FOTOGRAFER & VIDEOGRAFER (TALENT/HOST AGENCY)
PRIA & WANITA UMUR 20 - 30 TAHUN
1. Pengalaman & Portofolio (HARUS ADA PORTOFOLIONYA)
Pernah memotret atau merekam talent (host, model, dancer, streamer, dll)
Bisa menunjukkan portofolio relevan (konten sosial media, reels, video promo, headshots, dll)
2. Menguasai Teknik Foto & Video
Mahir pengaturan kamera (ISO, aperture, shutter speed)
Paham komposisi, pencahayaan, dan framing untuk potret orang
Mampu mengarahkan pose talent agar terlihat menarik dan profesional
3. Menguasai Alat & Software
Terbiasa menggunakan DSLR/mirrorless (Sony, Canon, Nikon, dll)
Bisa edit foto dan video:
Foto: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop
Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
4. Punya Sense of Branding & Sosial Media
Tahu tren visual di platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
Bisa menyesuaikan tone dan style konten dengan branding agency
5. Tepat Waktu & Terorganisir
Mampu bekerja sesuai deadline
Bisa mengelola file, backup hasil dokumentasi, dan kirim hasil edit dengan rapi
