Job Description

  • Manage the company’s tax compliance by calculating, paying, and reporting corporate taxes accurately and on time, including PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25, PPh 26, PPh 29, and VAT (PPN).
  • Prepare and submit tax reports using the applicable DJP systems, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, and e-Filing.
  • Prepare fiscal reconciliations between commercial and fiscal financial statements for the preparation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
  • Maintain and organize tax documents, tax invoices, withholding tax slips, and other supporting documents accurately and systematically.
  • Support management in developing tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact during tax audits, objections, appeals, or other tax examinations conducted by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT).
  • Monitor and analyze changes in Indonesian tax regulations, including the Harmonization of Tax Regulations Law (UU HPP) and its implementing regulations, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct internal tax reviews and identify potential tax risks to support business operations and minimize financial exposure.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in taxation; experience in a Tax Consultant firm or Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
  • Hold Brevet A & B certifications; Brevet C or USKP certification is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including the latest tax laws and regulations such as UU HPP and its implementing rules.
  • Proficient in using DJP applications, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, and e-Filing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and IF functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify tax risks and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain tax regulations clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial and tax information.
