Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to export orders, shipment schedules, and documentation
Coordinate export processes from order confirmation until delivery
Prepare and check export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, etc.)
Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipment updates
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments
Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and customer information
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure all export procedures comply with company standards and regulations
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Export Customer Service / Export Administration
Familiar with export documents and shipping processes
Good understanding of Incoterms and international logistics is preferred
Good communication and customer handling skills
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience working with freight forwarders and shipping lines
Knowledge of customs/export procedures
Problem-solving mindset
Good follow-up and coordination skills
