This role is integral in maintaining seamless clinic administration, patient coordination, and high-quality healthcare support for both internal employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the clinic, including patient registration, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate medical and operational records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate between medical staff, HR, and departments regarding employee health checkups or medical leave.
- Assist in procurement and inventory control of medical supplies and office materials.
- Support general reporting, filing, and communication tasks for the clinic team.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) — essential.
- Previous experience in healthcare or clinic administration preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
