We are a fast-growing international FMCG company expanding our beverage business in Indonesia. As part of our rapid market expansion, we are building a high-performing local commercial team to drive nationwide sales growth across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Key Account (KA), Distributor, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels.
Our beverage portfolio includes Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Tea, Milk Tea, Dairy Beverages, Coffee, Juice, Functional Drinks, and other FMCG beverage products.
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about building brands, expanding distribution networks, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth across Indonesia.
Manage regional sales performance and achieve sales targets across assigned territories.
Develop and expand General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Key Account (KA), Distributor, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels.
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
Execute regional sales strategies to maximize distribution coverage, market penetration, and sales growth.
Monitor product distribution, merchandising, pricing, promotional execution, and competitor activities.
Coach and develop regional sales teams to improve execution and business performance.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Analyze regional sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.
