Responsibility:
Ensure shipment scheduling and contract performance complies with the terms and conditions in contract.
Coordinate with customer, site / jetty, vessel/barge, and agent for smooth operation
Contact point for scheduling with customer for annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly shipment schedule
Review and consolidate letter of credit to make sure it is available and monitored until invoice are issued
Review contract for certain shipments if needed
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preferably from engineering, accounting, or other related major
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably with 2 years of work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Minimum Intermediate Level)
Fluent in English
