Victory Consultancy is a company specialising in overseas education, helping students and professionals plan and achieve their dreams of studying abroad. Originally based in Melbourne, Australia, we have successfully guided many students in their education journey. Now, we are expanding and opening job opportunities in Jakarta. We are looking for an Education Counsellor to join our team and grow with Victory Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Meet the standard student targets per the annual
- Doing online and offline student administrative
- Assist clients and/or potential clients based on their needs
- Guide college selection and application
- Participate in education seminars/exhibitions to promote Victory Consultancy.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with high schools and vocational schools in Indonesia
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor's degree graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Have 1-2 years of experience as an Australian/International education consultant
- Familiar with the enrollment process and the Australian study options
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Have design skills at least operating Canva
- Computer & Internet literate
- Honest and able to work together with a team
- Eager to learn something new
- Details oriented
- Have customer service skills (polite, friendly and approachable)
- Willing to work full time in Jakarta office
