Responsibilities:
- Create and produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to develop visual content assets.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Ensure captions, hashtags, tags, and CTAs align with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
- Research social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional initiatives.
- Maintain content archives and update content trackers regularly.
- Track audience engagement and escalate important feedback or inquiries to the relevant team.
Requirements:
- Final-year student / Undergraduate student in 6th semester in majoring Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Familiar with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with digital and social media trends.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Available to work on-site in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. (Paid Internship)
