Responsibilities:
- Creating creative and content on Social Media
- Develop a content plan based on current trends
- Create captions for content and social media campaigns/activity.
- Communicate with followers, response to comments and message, record complaints, questions and issues
- Contributing ideas, planning communication Strategies, and following up activities for Marketing campaigns.
- Using social media analytical tools and creating social media reports.
- Post & schedule content on social media accounts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or journalism
- Proven experience in the same field (3-5 year)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing / copywriting skills (soft selling - storytelling content preferable)
- Experienced in making new ideas and content details of social media platform
- Proven experience in successfully delivering social media, campaigns & projects implementation
- Understand social media insights that are provided from social media listening tools.
