Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls to provide product information, service details, or solutions to general issues.
Receive customer complaints, monitor escalation processes, and document issues systematically.
Deliver product information or promotional offers persuasively to potential customers, and monitor follow-ups until the customer successfully disburses funds, ensuring valid conversion.
Achieve sales targets for products or services through telephone communication.
Requirements:
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a Telemarketing role.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and customer service oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Possesses good service attitude, friendly, polite, and responsive.
Able to provide excellent customer service and effective solutions for customers.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rejection.
Must be willing to provide SLIK checking proof (if proceeding to the next recruitment step).
