About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join China Railway 11 Bureau Group Corporation on a full-time basis for our Lampung Project based in Jakarta. This is a strategic position within our construction division, where you will play a critical role in managing project costs, budgets, and contract commerce. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost estimation, measurement, and valuation of construction works, directly contributing to the profitability and successful delivery of our major infrastructure project.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
Strong expertise in cost estimation, budget management, and financial control
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC or similar standard conditions
Proven experience in managing bills of quantities and contract valuations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Experience in large-scale infrastructure or Hydro Power Energy Project
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English is a MUST
Willing to be placement at Lampung Project
