  • Pria & Minimal D3/ S1 di bidang Teknik Informasi, Telekomunikasi & Elektro

  • Memastikan layanan aktif tepat waktu dan sesuai paket layanan pelanggan.
  • Koordinasi pekerjaan instalasi dengan teknisi lapangan / installer.
  • Menyiapkan kebutuhan perangkat ONT / modem / router / STB, konfigurasi SSID / PPPoE / VLAN
  • Memastikan instalasi sesuai standar instalasi & estetika
  • Menyampaikan progress proses instalasi ke pelanggan.
  • Memberikan penjelasan fungsi perangkat & basic usage.
  • Melakukan tanda terima & dokumen serah terima layanan
