We are Junior Lab Indonesia, a Science Education Center based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. We’re looking for passionate, English-speaking Senior Science Teacher candidates to join our team in teaching hands-on Science experiments to young children aged 4–12 years old.

Job Descriptions:
- Advanced Instructional Delivery: Delivering Science lessons in a creative, fun, and engaging way to spark children's curiosity
- Curriculum & Lesson Planning Development: Leading the team of teacher to design, develop, and update the lesson plans, learning materials, and experiment-based worksheets interactively and entirely in English
- Team Leadership & Teacher Mentoring: Lead, guide, and evaluate junior science teachers to ensure instructional quality remains consistent, innovative, and aligned with institutional standards
- Student Report: Review and monitor student reports prepared by other teachers
Requirements:
- Female
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science or Education (Chemistry/Physics/Biology) with a minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Science
- Fluency in English (Both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in developing science curriculum, lesson planning, learning materials, and worksheets
- Strong leadership skills, highly innovative, and capable of mentoring or leading junior teachers to deliver fun, engaging lessons.
