• Strong visual taste and clean execution
• AI-native image and video workflow
• Good understanding of social media and paid ads
• Fast production without quality drop
• Conversion mindset: leads, bookings, sales
• Lives in Bali or ready to relocate
PACKAGE
Base salary + campaign performance bonus
Bonus is linked to agreed campaign KPIs such as winning creatives, leads, bookings, sales, ROAS or other measurable results.
